• Emojis may only be used for personal purposes within the SOOP service (LIVE, VOD, Channel, and Esports pages).
• Unauthorized commercial use may result in legal liability under copyright law and other applicable regulations
• Emojis designated for specific streamers may only be used on that streamer’s LIVE, VOD, and Channel pages.
• If an emoji is deemed to reference a specific streamer or use the streamer’s IP, it may be changed to a streamer emoji subject to the streamer’s publicity rights without prior notice.
